Promote your Lens - Reviews - Reviews of books and /or products are useful and very important methods of promotion. They encourage consumers to buy. Reviews can be given for all manner of items including books, films, restaurants, products and Squidoo lenses!
Book Reviewing - Share the Fun - You may already know that I've worked as a book (amongst other things) reviewer now for over 8 years (and counting.) What you won't know is exactly how I go about reviewing any books (adult toys, websites, blogs) that happen to come my way. So, in this Lens, I'm going to reveal some of the methods I use to complete a review. Enjoy!
Carrie White, Book Reviewer - I've been reviewing books now for 8 years and I have Eva Almeida to thank for that :) I applied for the job as a reviewer on E-book Reviews.net (unfortunately, it's no longer running) shortly after I started as an erotic writer in the year 2000. Since then, I've worked for a number of review sites, set up my own reviewing service and have now been taken on by Black Lace/Nexus/Virgin to review some of their newest books on offer. I've also been known to review websites, blogs and the occasional adult toy.
